These community guidelines help us maintain a positive and respectful environment for everyone. Please remember:

Be kind and respectful: Treat others with the same courtesy you'd expect yourself. Bullying, harassment, and hateful language are never okay.

We understand these are just guidelines, not an exhaustive rulebook. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these principles or are deemed inappropriate.

Vibo is a social media platform unlocking the doors of imagination, painting the world with joy.

To achieve our goal of establishing one of the largest social media platforms in the region, Vibo will keep producing high-quality, precipitable information. Meanwhile, we will also try our best to help people share their knowledge, experience, and insights in a friendly environment. The below Community Rules are meant as a guide to what we expect from our Vibo users but are not meant to be a comprehensive nor a complete guide to the rules and regulations of sharing or streaming content. The Vibo platform has the right to terminate and remove any behavior conducted in the platform, including any questions, answers, blogs, comments, or any content that violates these Community Rules. Further, we may also terminate and remove any behavior or content that is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. We expect that all Vibo users follow these Community Rules to ensure every Vibo user’s voice is heard as well as keeping the Vibo platform community supportive and safe for all users. These rules do not deal with how we collect, use, and share your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

Usage Rules

1. After the user is successfully registered, Vibo will give each user a user account and corresponding password. The user account and password should be kept by the user; the user should be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted with his\her user account, including compliance with The Terms of Use.

2. The user should make sure the information of registration is authentic, legal, and valid in Vibo. The user cannot use another person’s identity to register; should not share any content in the name of another person; should not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misunderstand; otherwise, Vibo has the right to immediately stop providing services, block the account, and the user will take full responsibilities.

3. If users register with the names of or similar to well-known people or organizations (without verification), Vibo has the right to withdraw the usernames.

4. Vibo is a platform for sharing, disseminating, and acquiring information. The information published by users through Vibo is public information, and other third parties can obtain the information published by users through Vibo. The information is public information and the publisher should know about this; any information that users do not want to be shared with others should not be published on Vibo.

5. The user promises not to directly or indirectly engage in acts that violate laws and social ethics in any way in any jurisdiction via Vibo, and Vibo has the right to terminate and remove any content or block the accounts that violate the above commitments. And the user shall take full responsibility for the consequences.

Political and social information service management rules

Do not stream or share the content that:

(1) Oppose the basic principle.

(2) Endanger national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

(3) Leak state secrets, endanger national security, or harm national honor and interests.

(4) Propagate terrorism or extremism or inciting terrorist or extremist activities.

(5) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermine ethnic unity, or infringe ethnic customs and habits.

(6) Destroy the nation's religious policies and promote cults and superstitions.

(7) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability.

(8) Distort, vilify, blaspheme, or deny the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and infringe on the names, portraits, reputation, and honor of heroes and martyrs by insulting, slandering, or in other ways.

(9) Propagate gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crime.

(10) Incite illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, and gathering people to disrupt social order.

(11) Engage in Objectionable Practice as defined in our Terms of Use.

(12) Contain other content prohibited by laws and national regulations.

Ethnic Rules

Users in Vibo should respect Islam and all other religions and religious affiliations. Vibo users should be respectful in their streaming or sharing of content of every Arab country and all other countries and are encouraged to use the Vibo platform to help support them and their issues. Do not stream or share content that contains extremists and extremism in this regard.

Youth Safety and Well-Being

Creating a safe and positive space for young users is a top priority at Vibo. These guidelines are designed to ensure the well-being of our youthful community.

1. Age-Appropriate Content

Please create and share content that is suitable for a broad audience, especially young users. Refrain from sharing explicit or mature themes that may not be appropriate for our diverse and youthful community.

2. Respectful Behavior

Treat fellow community members with kindness and respect. Any form of bullying, harassment, or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited. Let's foster a community where everyone feels valued and supported.

Protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Avoid sharing personal information such as full names, contact details, or location publicly. Keep in mind that respecting privacy is essential for creating a safe online environment.

Regulated Goods

Content featuring firearms

Do not stream or share any content which can be used or construed to be selling firearms, ammunition, or certain firearms accessories through direct sales (e.g. private sales by individuals) or links to sites that sell these items. In addition, users shall not provide instructions on how to convert a firearm to automatic or simulated automatic firing capabilities.

Sale of illegal or regulated goods or services

Do not stream or share content on Vibo if it aims to directly sell, link to, facilitate access, trade, donate or gift any of the regulated goods and services including alcohol, tobacco, bank account passwords, stolen credit cards, or other financial information, pharmaceuticals, non-medical drugs, explosives, unlicensed medical services, human smuggling, human blood, historical artifacts and endangered species.

Vibo reserves the right to review and restrict the user’s usage of Vibo. If the user violates any of the above regulations when using Vibo, Vibo or its authorized representative has the right to request the user to take corrective action or remove the content. Vibo has the right to directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to will terminate and remove content shared or streamed by the user, suspend or terminate the user’s right to use Vibo, or disable a user’s profile) to reduce the impact of the user’s improper behavior. The actions taken by Vibo for violating these Community Standards are solely within the discretion of Vibo.

Respect the privacy of others and adhere to our privacy policies. Avoid sharing personal information that could compromise your safety or the safety of others.

Prompt Action: Vibo will take prompt action to address reported security concerns and protect the community.

Review Privacy Settings: Regularly review and update your privacy settings on Vibo. Adjust settings according to your comfort level and the level of privacy you desire.
Customize Visibility: Customize the visibility of your content and profile information to control who can access your personal details.

5 Child and Teen Privacy

Parental Consent: Users under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use Vibo. Parents or guardians are encouraged to be involved in their child's online activities.

6 Data Ownership

User Control: Users maintain ownership of their content on Vibo. However, by using the platform, users grant Vibo the necessary permissions to host, display, and distribute their content.
